Cancel /Change Order

At Hayakini, we understand that customers may need to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed. This Cancel/Change Order Policy explains the conditions and procedures for requesting order cancellations, modifications, and related refund arrangements.

By placing an order with Hayakini, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Order Cancellation Requests

Customers may request to cancel their order after it has been placed. To ensure that cancellation requests can be accommodated, please contact Hayakini as soon as possible after completing your purchase.

Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the current processing status of the order. While we will make reasonable efforts to approve your request, we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process.


2. Cancellation Before Shipment

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, it may be eligible for cancellation.

Approved cancellations made before shipment will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Hayakini does not charge any cancellation fees for approved order cancellations before the package has been shipped.


3. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped or transferred to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled.

If you no longer wish to keep the item after receiving it, you may request a return according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned items must meet the eligibility requirements stated in the Return & Refund Policy, including the applicable return period and item condition requirements.


4. Order Change Requests

Customers may request changes to their order, including:

  • Updating the shipping address;
  • Correcting customer contact information;
  • Changing product size, color, or quantity;
  • Modifying other order details where possible.

Change requests must be submitted as quickly as possible after placing the order.

Hayakini cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has entered processing, packaging, or shipment preparation stages.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact Hayakini immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to update the information before the order is shipped.

Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.

Hayakini is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


6. Duplicate or Accidental Orders

If you accidentally place multiple orders or submit an incorrect order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

We will review the request and, when eligible, assist with canceling duplicate orders or adjusting order details before shipment.


7. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution involved. Please allow up to 12 business days for the refund to be processed after cancellation approval.

Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider before the funds appear in your account.


8. Refused Deliveries

Refusing a package after it has been shipped does not automatically qualify as an approved cancellation.

Customers who refuse delivery may be required to follow the standard return procedure after the package is returned and inspected according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Any additional costs resulting from refused deliveries or failed delivery attempts due to customer error may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.
