Hayakini currently ships exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Eligible orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) may be processed the next business day.

Transit time is generally 2–6 business days. Combined with handling, the estimated total delivery time is approximately 3–8 business days. Some packages may arrive sooner. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Standard shipping is $6.99 per order for deliveries within the United States.

We use USPS (standard residential and local delivery), UPS (ground and regional package service), and FedEx (ground delivery and package tracking support).

Eligible products may be returned within 60 days from the date of delivery. There is no restocking or storage fee. Approved returns include free return shipping via a prepaid label sent by email after your return is accepted.

Once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, refunds are processed within 12 business days to your original payment method.
