At Hayakini, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of our T-shirts, shorts, denim, pants, or jackets, you may request a return according to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 60 calendar days from the date of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.
  • The item must not show signs of damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized alterations.
  • The return request must be submitted within the 60-day return period.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details, including:

  • Full name;
  • Order number;
  • Email address used for the purchase;
  • Reason for the return;
  • Photos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Please do not send any products back without receiving return instructions from Hayakini, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or may cause delays in processing.


3. Return Shipping Fees

Hayakini offers returns with no return fees.

Customers will not be charged a restocking fee or return processing fee for approved returns that comply with this policy.

Any additional costs caused by providing an incorrect shipping address or refusing delivery may not be covered.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery;
  • Items missing original tags, labels, or packaging;
  • Products returned outside the 60-day return period;
  • Final sale or clearance items where clearly identified at the time of purchase.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact Hayakini as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide clear photographs of the product and packaging so our support team can investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.


6. Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color, or product variation, please contact our customer support team.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution, including a refund where applicable.


7. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 12 business days from the date the returned item has been received and approved by our inspection team.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service provider, additional time may be required before the refunded amount appears in your account.
