Hayakini currently offers shipping services to customers within our available delivery regions. Orders are processed and shipped according to the shipping schedules stated below.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing on the same business day.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

The estimated delivery time consists of:

  • Handling Time: 1 business day required to prepare and dispatch your order.
  • Transit Time: 2–6 business days after the package is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Delivery estimates are provided for reference and begin after the order has been shipped. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, destination accessibility, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Carriers

To provide secure and dependable deliveries, Hayakini works with trusted shipping carriers, including:

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx (Federal Express)

The shipping carrier assigned to your package will be selected based on the destination, package specifications, and logistics availability.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

The shipping carrier may attempt to deliver your package according to their standard delivery procedures.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons such as:

  • Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery;
  • Failure to collect the package within the carrier’s holding period;

the package may be returned to the carrier’s facility or returned to Hayakini.

Additional shipping charges may apply for orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect customer-provided delivery information or failed delivery attempts.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing an order.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your purchase.

If you discover an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update your address before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we may not be able to modify the delivery address or redirect the package.

10. Split Shipments

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Additional shipping charges will not be applied for approved split shipments initiated by Hayakini.
